Problem with mpeg2enc binary

I have installed ffmpegX version 0.0.9x r2 with the required binaries. Anytime I try to encode use the mpeg2enc I get the following error at the encoding stops.

/bin/sh: line 1: /Library/Application Support/ffmpegX/mpeg2enc: Malformed Mach-o file

Any suggestions on what the problem is? My hard drive name is Road_Warrior so I don't have spaces or special characters in the name. I've reinstalled the binary a couple of times with no success. I'm using this same version of ffmpegX with no problems on my other computer, a Mac Pro. Thanks.
