Need some help with Divx to DVD.

Hi all I am new here I apoligize if this has been asked before, but I searched and can't find anything.

Right now I when I convert a Divx to DVD it takes about 2 1/2 hours for a 2 hour movie. Does anyone else know a faster program for converting divx to DVD?

You don't say what speed your CPU is or what software you are using. ConvertXtoDVD takes anyway from 60 - 90 minutes to do a single movie on my system when nothing else is going on. FAVC, using HCEnc takes around 4 hours for the same file. CCE takes around 5 but is doing twice as many passes.

If speed is truly of the essence then give ConvertXtoDVD a try. If you think that is too slow then your only options are hardware. Either buy a player that plays your Divx files without modification, or buy a much faster PC.
