Audio sych prob.

Hi,
I made a xvcd with constant bit rate (2000) and a 720x480 size.
I used dvd2avi to make a .d2v file and a wav.
after i converted my d2v file to an avi file (using VFAPI Codec Reader).
With toolame i converted my wav to mp2( using toolame.exe -p2 -b224 ....)
With virtualdub i started a frameserve and convert the video only using tmpgenc.

Now i have a mp2 and a mpg who are running correctly

The last operation was using bbmpeg to multiplex the audio and video.
But i get a lot of error about something like buffer underflow. And the audio is not in sych with the video.
In bbmpeg i used the standart setting for vcd.

My question is how i multiplex an XVCD mpg with the audio whitout getting audio out of synch?
