Ok ill try make this sound like sense
i have a movie with bad video and english audio
i have the SAME movie with perfect video but russian audio
is it possible to put the english audio onto the russian one? please help if you could thanks guys.

Yes. First of all of is the time length identical for both movies? If not you'll have to work out synch issues which might make it too much work to be worth while.
You can use virtualdub or virtualdubmod (mod if its an mpeg file, virtualdub only reads avi). You would go to streams and delete the original audio and then import the new audio.Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -

You would have to go to file-save wav or extract the stream and get the file as a seperate sound file. Then you go to where you saved the one you want to use and put that in your new compilation.
