  1. 1. Can you see the expected bitrate and frame size for each title before conversion? I know it tells you in the log during conversion.

    2. If you add PAL and NTSC assets, does your DVD become PAL, NTSC or mixed? Are mixed DVDs keeping to full DVD spec?

    If you set up your DVD and then hover your cursor over the DVD size text - you will get and popup telling you the encoded bitrate:



    If you mix TV standards, you HAVE to put them in different TitleSets. i.e PAL in one and NTSC in another. This is within the specs... TitleSets must have the same video and audio attributes.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    Would it be possible to add a feature to the menu maker - the ability to add normal text boxes, for items like titles and adding text to thumbnails etc?

    Also, did the editor used to have a grid?!
