I was watching internet tv from a while sometimes the buffering is too much, though the connection was Downstream 15860, Upstream 1016.

Is there anyway to resolve this problem, that I could enjoy internet tv without buffering??

    Thanks

I don't know if it will help but there is a program that I use for youtube videos that helps with that problem called speedbit video accelerator.

Well after checking the download website it seems that speedbit only works for youtube. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Hopefully someone else will have another solution.

Is that what they told you or what it is? You can check it here: http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/

Could be happening for a vartiety of reasons and even be the server which you would have no control over. You could try setting the buffer higher, the initial time the video starts playing will be slower but you won't get any breaks.

You seem to have overlooked the obvious answer, which is that the problem isn't on YOUR end but on the OTHER end - the server side.

You may get slow response from a video server because
    1) the server may have bandwidth limits and they are trying to stay under those
    2) there may be a lot of demand on the server and it's doing the best it can
    3) the server may be old and unable to keep up with an unforeseen demand on it. This happens all the time on small servers that get discovered by large numbers of people.

There's no fix for server side problems until they want to fix them by paying for higher bandwidth, faster servers, etc. To be blunt, there's not enough bandwidth for reliable TV viewing on the internet and you should just be glad when it works with few problems because in the USA we are many YEARS away from this working for us reliably. It will work for most of the rest of the developed world years before it works for us because of our privitized communications companies that see no value in upgrading the infrastructure to make this work.
