VCR/DVD player with S-Video output

Hello everybody, I'd need a combo VCR recorder/DVD player with an S-Video output that could work even for the VCR section. Unfortunately I couldn't find a player with these features anywhere.
Does anyone know something similar?

A S-VHS model will have S-Video out. Like this one.

You can also use adapter between rca and s-video.

That will only work for S-Video to composite not the other way around.

Composite to S-Video is expensive and lossy. See:

Hello and thanks to everybody for your replies!
The solution S-Video cable to RCA is not good for my situation, because it

will only work for S-Video to composite not the other way around

The JVC model is interesting, but I forgot to say that I'd also need to reproduce MPEG4 (such as DivX, Xvid etc...) on my player, and unfortunately the JVC models seem to have not this feature.
So I'd definitively need a player with these features:

VCR recorder/DVD & MPEG4 player
VCR through S-Video
DVD/MPEG4 through S-Video and SCART-RGB

Do you know something like this?
