    I have a dual divx english and spanish and
    I want to have an 2 avi ( divx ) with 1 audio track only

    How can I do this?

    Open in Virtual Dub Mod. Disable one audio. Save. Reopen. Disable second audio. Save again.
    Cann't tell it's possible don't tell anything.

    kurbads is correct, but forgot to say that you need to save the AVI as "Direct Stream Copy" or it will re-encode the video, which is not what you want.
