For converting AVI to MPEG, I was able to convert before I installed a new CD-RW, but I had to install the OEM version of Nero. When this happened my AVi files converted to be played with Nero Media Player. When this happened, I was unable to convert my files. However, its only the video that can be encoded, not the audio. But, when I encode the sound to .wav using virtua dub, it still can't accept file format. Please tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can remedy this. Yet, I can't uninstall the OEM version and install the regular, because it won't recognize the drive.
