I have three Xvid avi files, each with 5.1 AC3 audio tracks. However the resolution is outside what is acceptable for my standalone player. So I figured I would just put them into AutoGK one after the other, and process them together. I have ticked use original audio, and checked the hidden settings for anything else that might affect it, but try as I might, I cannot stop it re-encoding the audio to joint stereo mp3. The only thing I can think of is that they are small files (relatively speaking) of around 490 - 510 MB each, including audio (they have a running time of around 30 minutes per video). For the moment I am just letting them run, copying the .ac3 tracks as they get demuxed, and I'll put them back in when the encoding completes. It's only an extra 10 minutes, but it is annoying that it does this.

Am I missing something in AutoGK ?

  2. Maybe output size of AutoGK default it to low audio encodings. I am not so familiar with AutoGK, mostly with the BigBrother (GK), but as it is auto... who knows?
