I have a movie in svcd. I want to convert it to vcd cause my stand alone doesn't recognize svcd. I have tried the conversions on vdchelp and my audio keeps giving me a popping sound. When I tried to simple demux and mux it as a mpeg non compliant I get good sound in tmpeg but to video.

I finally figured out my problem. I took my svcd and simple demuxed it. Then I took that same mpeg2 file and followed the directions on how to convert it to vcd found here at vcdhelp. I then took the video part of my new vcd and the audio of the original svcd that I demuxed and used simple multiples and I was done. Cool! Now I can play it on my non svcd compliant stand alone!
