I have a large video file in .iso format (7.6GB). I have an LG Dual Layer burner. I am using Nero 7.8.5.0 to burn the image. I'm using Fuji DVD+R DL Discs, 2.4x speed.
I just tried burning this image and it failed half way through. I noticed that Nero had the speed or burning at 4x so I tried to change it.....I couldn't!!!! It's only speed option was 4x. I'm pretty sure this is why my burn attempt failed. The speed has to be set to 2.4x right?
I haven't used Nero in a while so I was just wondering what 'mode' I should be in to burn images properly at 2.4x? Should I even be using Nero? (I have Alcohol too)
Thanks guys

Yes, two problems. Nero is not much good for DL. Try ImgBurn as suggested. If it failed about half way through, it may be a layer break problem. And jf you want the most dependable DL burns, use Verbatim DL+ media.
From another recent thread, ImgBurn will burn DLs at 2X: https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=325768
