I capture video in Premiere pro2, then I export video without encoding, because the movie will blur too much if I use encode.
How can I make video size smaller for youtube??

moving to conversion - and super will convert the files for you -- though of course you will lose quality

YouTube will happily take Divx - in fact I think they prefer it so they can encode themselves.

    For YouTube:

YouTube recommends the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 320x240 resolution with MP3 audio for optimal quality.

For Google Video which uses a slightly bigger viewer:

    - MPEG4 (mp3 or mp4 audio) at 2 mbps
    - MPEG2 (mp3 or mp4 audio) at 5 mbps
    - 30 frames per second
    - 640x480 resolution
    - 4:3 frame
    - de-interlace

Google Video originally used VLC, but both now use Flash but won't accept submissions in it.
