  1. Good evening,
I did up date with new Super 2007 yesterday, and now I have a problem: I kept same settings (for my phone Sony Ericsson K750i) as usual but now my converted video are streched vertically!!! It worked very well with the old version. The new one has a bug... Impossible to contact support@eRightSoft.com, this e-mail is inactivated.
    Thank you for helping me.

You might try asking your question as well on the SUPER forum at http://www.erightsoft.net/Supforum.html .

There apparently are some known issues (http://www.w3exchange.com/t616-2-v2007b21-known-issues-under-repair.html ) - plus something about slow behavior overall, I think, though it's not entirely listed there - and supposedly, a new version will be released (soon?) to correct the issues.
If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?

unless there is something in the new version you must have

remove it and install the previous version

    until they fix the bugs

Can't be done. When you install new versions of SUPER, it does something to disable earlier versions from running... so even if you did find an earlier version and install it, it won't run.

His profile says he is using Win XP. Couldn't he just uninstall Super 2007, go back to a restore point before he installed it, restore, and then reinstall an older version?

I've heard reports of people trying that (on the SUPER forums and elsewhere) and having no luck.

Edit: Well, maybe. You can always try the process listed in ( http://www.w3exchange.com/t692-i-successfully-reinstalled-old-version-19.html ), and see if it works. I usually see people saying that it doesn't work, even if they try System Restore.

(Of course, I clearly don't know what it's doing to prevent earlier versions from working. I'd like to know. I realize they probably don't want to field bug reports, or something like that, from previous versions, but... I'd rather still have the opportunity to use them.)

I've had exactly the same experience - previously done nice wide screen AVI to cell phone 3gp (SE Z550i), but with the new version, it seems impossible to get the AR right.
Tried 3GP Converter instead, and after some tries with different settings, I see no point in struggling with Super.
3GP Converter is at least as fast, and delivers at least the same quality. Add to that a less cluttered UI...
