I am new to this site and I was reading up on fixing the audio sync issue that I would like to try. The fix instructs the usage of MPC. Is that a totally different program than Window Media Player 10 that I am currently using? I'd prefer not to install redundant programs on my machine unless I have no other choice. Can I still do the audio sync fix with WM10? I can't seem to find the similar menus.
I travel a bit for work and I've taken to converting my DVD movie collection to AVI and dumping them onto my Archos AV500 portable DVR. THis way, I don't have to carry a bunch of DVD's and I can keep my laptop in the overhead and just take my little DVR to my seat and watch my movies.
THanks,
Jerold
