I know this is probably simple, but I just can not find it. I normally use the Wizard. At the very end when I am about to process the file(s) it has a box that has the Save output file as. It is saving it as elementary streams. I go to uncheck the box so it will save as an mpg, but it is grayed out.

How can I set this as save as MPG?

Be sure that you are using mpeg1 layer2 audio and not wav/pcm audio because tmpgenc can't mux it.

    Hi Baldrick,

So if I understand you, there is no "switch" to save as mux vs. elementary streams. It is a matter of what type of audio you have as an input?

If you use mpeg audio you can switch between mux and elemantary streams but not if you use wav audio. I think you set the audio in the first step in the wizard...
