I am trying to put 4546 MB of video files as data onto an 4.7 dvd+r sony disc and i cannot do it.In nero i get the message that the limit is 4482 mb..???I thought that when it says 4.7GB-that that's 4700MB so there should be no problem. Is there any way to fix this?

The 4.7 GB is 4.7x1000x1000x1000=47000000000 byte. In the computer world, only marketing people count like this.
You have 4546x1024x1024=4766826496 byte.
The true capacity (in computer terms) of a DVD-5 is 4.37 GB
