    I wish you would have warned us about how badly that guy pops his "p"s in that demo video.


    Install Quicktime ALTERNATIVE and use the free Mpeg Streamclip. You'll see the option to save in h264. If you have a mac , just try the OSX version of Mpeg Streamclip - there's a version for both PCs and macs. http://www.squared5.com/svideo/mpeg-streamclip-win.html

    btw, redwuz probably has a better solution with Super. It'll handle more input formats. Streamclip is great with Mpeg sources that you want to convert to Quicktime/MP4.

    In addition to SUPER, you can also try PS3 Video 9. I don't know how well it works for making PS3 videos (haven't tried encoding anything for the PS3 yet; it's also actually Wii Video 9 at the same time, and it does work for that purpose. )
