I recently made several data dvds to back up some files including music files and my favorites from I.E.
When I went to put them back on mu computer none of my music files would play.
And all of the URLs in my favorites were gone??

Media player gives the error: "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."

And on my favorites if you look at the properties of a favorite link there are two tabs, a General and a web document tab.
The Web document tab vanished on all the links??

    Any idea why this happened?
Any ideas if the music files can be fixed?

    Thanks for your time, R

    I used Nero 6
