i have apollo psp video converter and it converts fine but i need to convert an already mp4 too a mp4 to change the resolutions and the volume. however apollo doesnt let you convert mp4's. is there a way around this or do you recommend another program. i tried pspvideo9 and 3gp but they are too slow for my computer.

i need something that tells you the file size before and is speedy.

    thanks.

You could try Nero Recode... not sure if they will accept a mp4 as a source

I think gui4ffmpeg (free) qualifies although I don't think it can adjust audio volume (or did you mean bitrate or file size by "volume"?). Post back here if you try it and have questions or problems. It's a very quick download and an easy install, i.e., you won't lose much time by trying it (and no money).
