I have a VERY frustrating problem. I have 5 video clips that I'm placing onto a DVD. There will be a play all and also each video clip will be able to be viewed independently of the others. The play all works and the individual buttons work. However, if in play all and I hit NEXT or >>| Logically I think that it is going to advance to the "next" video in the chain however it doesn't because Vid 1 has a title of 5 and so the DVD thinks that there aren't ANY OTHER titles after it.

Encore is assigning the title number BACKWARDS!!!! As in
    Vid1 TITLE5
    Vid2 TITLE4
    Vid3 TITLE3
    Vid4 TITLE2
    Vid5 TITLE1

I would like the videos to have this particular DVD TITLE number...

    Vid1 TITLE1
    Vid2 TITLE2
    Vid3 TITLE3
    Vid4 TITLE4
    Vid5 TITLE5

I need this order so that if I'm viewing Vid1 and I hit my NEXT or >>| button on the remote that it will jump to TITLE2 which should be Vid 2. Remember these are individual video segments NOT CHAPTERS.

I've tried several things to attempt to get encore to name the titles different in the logical order in which I've added the videos to my project window.

I've added each vid one at a time from vid1 to vid 5. That didn't work.

So I added them backwards Vid5 down to Vid 1. They still got assigned titles in the descending order.

I tried creating time lines backwards (vid5 to vid1) and tried it forward (vid 1 to vid5) However, the TITLES on DVD are still in reverse order...

Therefore if I go to vid1 via a button.. then press NEXT or >>| it will think there is no other title. However, if I go to vid5 (which encore assigned to be TITLE 1) on the DVD then when I hit NEXT it goes to Vid 5 then vid4 then vid3 and so on.. which is BACKWARDS!!! Arg....

How can I make sure that encore assigns the TITLE number to the videos in the manner that I want them to be?

    Thoroughly Frustrated,
    Ivan
