I've got a webcam (who doesn't?) and i recorded a video, but it's very jerky. anyone know of a good way to smooth it out, so it's consistant? is it even possible?

Jerky because of poor framerate ? There are some programs that claim to be able to smooth out low framerate videos through a mixture of motion estimation and blending. How good are they ? They vary wildly, from what I have seen.
These guys have one that they have stopped development on -> http://www.stratopoint.com/products_unsupported.htmRead my blog here.
