Hi,
I have a SAA 7130 Chipset E-Pro TV Card. Its really good for viewing TV but from day one, when I tried to capture after like 4 mins I start to see a Audio and Video Sync problem (the audio goes faster than the Video). I got down VirtualDub and screwed with the Timing window and found that my Relative Latency was 24ms but VirtualDub Failed to sync correctly (Note I have 0 dropped frames) then I made the timing fixed to 25ms and still it had slight sync problem so I then placed it to 26ms and then it worked nicely. I used the MPEG-4 Codec V1 and made its bit rate 1150 (VCD). For now it seemed to work fine.
I have read that this 7130 chipset has this Audio problem and I'd like a ONE STOP solution (without the need to screw around with timing). Also it seems when I don't use compression on Video and Audio there is NO problem so what ever is wrong its because of the compression.
Come on this Chipset is everywere and there must be a better solution.
