  1. I am making a home movie with my kids. They are really into starwars and some of the video is them playing with broomstick "light sabers". Is there a way to edit the video so they look like the real thing?

    Thanks,
    Ryan

There's a freebie software out there called lsmaker. Do a google or yahoo search for it. It's not quick though - it is frame by frame. Basically you draw a line over the "blade" for each frame its on the screen. Then it animates it. Works really well.

I think more advanced professional editors like adobe and sony software have it built in but those cost money.

Just rememer that you are 30 (29.97) frames per second, so you will have a lot of frames to alter.
