    I have a dv panasonic nv ds38 PAL format camcorder. I need a step by step instruction how to get my cuptured videos on to a DVD. softwares avialible: ulead videostudio 7 se basic, windows movie maker and TMPGEnc plus convertor.

    Use the Movie Wizard mode in Ulead VideoStudio.

    or

    Record the DV with Windows Movie Maker, edit and then export to DV-AVI.
    Convert to DVD with TMPGEnc, load the AVI and choose PAL DVD.
    Author and burn the converted mpg file to a DVD using a authoring software like TDA or see our Tools list.
