I have a Mitsubishi WD52627, and have noticed only when watching dvds, does the image flicker occasionally. Like when there is a lot of shooting or exploding going on? I thought that it may be my surround sound subwaoofer so I turned it off, and it was still happening. So I then muted my tv and surround sound thinking maybe it was my tv speakers causing the flicker, but still happens when muted? Any ideas why this only is happening on dvds? If I watch a tv movie with surround sound and guns/explosions all is fine? I am using a Toshiba SD2800 connected through Component (Red, Green, Blue)

Sure your not seeing the "rainbow effect".
Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side. -
Definitely not a rainbow effect, screen flickers, goes black and line go across for 1 sec or so, and it maybe the dvd player but I didn't have any problems with it on my non HDTV?
