I try it and feed you back, but I think avimux results in an MKA audio file , how can I play it or transform it then

Do you want to convert the DTS to another format, or use it for authoring ?

If you just want to author with the DTS audio, use Virtualdubmod, go Streams -> Stream List, highlight the audio, and click Demux. Once you have the DTS audio, you can author with DVD Lab Pro.

If you want to convert it, try the Hypercube Transcoder
