    Do you know any plugin for media player that enable adding subtitle to movies.
    It should be a plugin and not additional software.

    If by plugin you mean directshow filter then directvobsub (VSFilter) does what you want.

    Is it a plugin on top of the media player or it runs as a separate software?
    I try to find something that once you install it it will be part of your media player.

    It's not a part of the player - it's a DirectShow filter, so kicks in whenever any player uses DirectShow to read a video.
