Is there a limit of how many videos i could place on a single vcd or dvd? Like what if i want to place 30 Music Videos on a VCD or maybe 50 Music Videos on DVD, is that possible? And play it using a vcd/dvd player? What are the limits? thanks...

running time X bitrate = space

This is the basic and most fundamental rule for making video fit. Look at What is VCD and What is DVD (top left corner) to see what is compliant, and make your fit accrodingly. There are someother rules regarding the totla number of titles allowed in a titleset etc, but you can overcome these by using chapters instead.

On VCDS its running time right? it doesnt matter what quality the video has, what matters is the time.. ryt? But on DVDs, is it the same thing? is it all about the time or all about the quality? About using chapters, is it possible that i use chapters on VCD?

I also found this under the What is VCD "MPEG files, max 99 tracks, the main movie, trailers, extras, menus...", so that means i could only place 99 mpeg files which is .dat files too, ryt?

99 tracks would be, on average, less than a minute long each, given the standard running time of 74 - 80 minutes per VCD. Again, running time x bitrate = space. You have a finaite amout of space on a disc. The other two are variable, within reason. VCD has a maximum bitrate of 1150 kbps, but you can use less to put more running time on. Same with DVD. At VCD resolution, you could put 7 hours on a DVD. It would look like, well, VCD, but it would fit.

Philipines is a poor country, and the rate of piracy is really high. I saw this pirated dvd, it has like 12 full movies on it. Is that even possible on a dvd? well its there so its possible right? i tried to purchase one because im curious on how they did that and when i played the video, the picture is on low quality. so its like the lower the quality, the larger the quantity, something like that. But the problem is when i play it using my dvd rom, it has lots of times that it hangs and crash, unlike on these cheap smuggled dvd player i own, it runs perfectly.. why is that anyway? tnx...
