I tried TMPG, SVCD2DVD and LIGOS. I get mouse-teeth with the first two encoders.
Only LIGOS works, however the encoding sux (out-dated encoder).
Being this is a 4:3 ratio that I have and also that this is a CG movie, is there
any special setting I need to consider?
I have the movie divided into 7 .avi files which play perfectly.
Thanks

What are you trying to create ?
If it is a DVD, use your original, rip it with ripit4me, and reduce it's size with DVD Rebuilder or burn to a DL isc.
If you want to get a smaller version, rip your original with RipIt4Me, then use a better conversion tool to get the output you need. AutoGK is great for single CD or double CD size AVIs for travel.
If you have aquired the avi files elsewhere or don't own the original then I can't offer you any other assistance.Read my blog here.

Looks like one of the many issues caused by DVD to avi to DVD conversion.
