Every video file I have stored on my computer has grey/bluish people color. I have played different movies and clips on many different players to see it that's the problem, but it is still doing it. I adjusted the monitor setting to see if that was the cause, I have adjusted windows properties to see if that helped. Nothing has worked so far. Do you think the video card has seen it better days? I have a cheapo emachine that has a built in card on the motherboard. The picture did look good until a couple months ago.

1.Try another player.
2.Adjust the color(Hue) in Properties.
3.Try another monitor.
My guess is it's #3 because when videocards go bad you usually see streaks or artifacts, color problems are usually the monitor.
