VOB2MPG Unable to Convert

VOD2MPG has worked perfectly for me until last night. I'm trying to convert a Friends with Money DVD Rip but it does nothing the first run and then say's it's complete the second time around after running for about 2 seconds!

The outputted mpg file is 0 bytes in size, the vobs total 5.53GB in size.
Any ideas what's up based on the log file?

I ran GSpot against one of the Vob files.

I was going to do that earlier, but the tool only appears to accept mpg files and obviously my mpg file is 0 bytes. Will it accept vobs?

Do you have an FTP site I can upload it to?
