    Well I hadnt encoded anything for about a week, then when i break the Virtual DUb back out when i go into audio compression it doesnt show any audio settings for mpeg layer 3 to the right, even if i click the show all options box. When i try to encode with other formats of audio it acts like it is encoding but all blanks in staus show n/a for progress.. Anyone know whats up, i tired reinstalling it from the zip. Ive got 14.d. thanks in advance!

    have you checked if the 'use this audio codec'is selected in the multimedia section of the control panel.
    Occassionally installing other codecs deselects this option.
