    Somehow MediaCoder will no longer do more than 1 pass, even though it's set for 2.
    There WAS an option for setting quality based on movement or something like that, but it's not there anymore. Using the latest build. 2467

    Anyone else seeing this with the last few builds?

    Version 2338 does have the bitrate control that works
