I've tried using Shrink to encode ATL and keep getting and error.
'DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue'.
'Invalid data file 'C:/DVDFabDecrypter_Temp/DVD/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1_.VOB'
I've attached the error file.

The problem may not be with DVDShrink, but with the rip given to you by the sledgehammer known as DVDFab Decrypter.
Try using RipIt4Me which intergrates (and automates) DVD Decrypter, DVDShrink, and the constantly updated FixVTS.
