My processor and pci cards are crapped up with dust how can I clean them.

Small air hose or can of air. Use short bursts. I would also add a few fans to your PC to help prevent dust inside. Good luck..

Downsize the end of any vac ... a piece of garden hose will work , just tape it into the end of the vac hose, and use it to suck the dust out ... pc should be turned off during this time ... and a non-synthetic paint brush for stuborn build ups .

They do sell a vac for pc's ...

I just take the std vacuum cleaner hose. The fan spins like mad...

Don't let the fans spin. Hold a pencil in the blade so the cannot move. Be sure the systems are off when doing this, and have cooled down on their own.

well my thoughts...
1. for overall bulk cleaning using the the blower part of your vacumn cleaner takes out the heavy stuff..... and also use the suctionpart.... the only thing here is be carefull of static electricity..... can be damagingin....
2. for the fine stuff..... I use a non metalix brush and a good can of compress air...!!

3. now if you have plenty of strong air flow.... something i do...is get a hold of a good air conditionar filter, cut it down to a nice size and put over the air intakes... now the filter should be one that will trap those large dust particles and yet at the same time not restrict the air flow too much.. no need to overly put strainon the air exhust/ air instake fans...

4. fans themselves.... well the cpu fan a good small brush... but the power supply fan you need a thin brush to scrape off the gunk that on the fan blades then afterwards you canuse a blower for any lose debris..!

in all of this.... allways obsereve both personal and hardware safty.... power disconected and your well grounded.......
