I am using D-Link USB Video Grabber to capture avi files from the VCR.As converting from avi to mpeg is very time consuming,is there any way to capture directly to mpeg?

Look at the last paragraph on this page. Please do a little looking around before asking. I have only a handful of posts and have been vcd enthusiast for a long while, when i need info I look for it in the site first, then i search the forums.
