You can try to load one of the VOBs in a software DVD player such as PowerDVD, WinDVD, etc. and see if it plays. I have heard of files available on P2P networks that were deliberately corrupted so they couldn't be played, so I can't rule this out. That's why you need to see if the VOBs will play at all in a software DVD player.

no ifo,bup files? then you wont be able to open it with dvd shrink.

you can try recreate ifo files, https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?p=1423771#1423771

It is the vob.nav files that is throwing this off. A normal dvd does not have.nav files. The ifo files handle the navigation.

Delete the .nav files from the folder.

A vob.nav in the directory means that WinAVI was used to convert an avi to dvd, and it failed before it finished the conversion.

If you want to load it into DvdShrink (or use it as a dvd), you'll have to follow Baldrick's advice. Here's a link to a guide Baldrick wrote that will help you fix the problem.

That's because the vob.nav file isn't the problem. It's just an indicator of why the problem exists. You now have to fix the problem. The guide I mentioned in my prior post will walk you through the steps to actually fix the problem.

Yes, they're still available. Just click on the programs' names in your post (above) and you'll go to the VideoHelp tool page for each of them, where there is a download link.
