Ok thank you but . I have no idea how to make this work. I am using a Mac. And that program you reccomended is in the terminal mode and I have no idea what I am doing.
I tried like the instructions said but it keeps saying bad command.
Could you please give me a little more detailed response?
Thank you.

I'd use Gumby for such extractions. Open the SVCD Jelly module, hold down the Option (Alt) key, the Process button changes into Extras, press Extras, drop the .bin file in the Source field, set the Multi-stream extraction selector, click OK, select a save location, wait for the extraction process. You'll find a Extracted Files folder in the selected location, which contains the KVCD as MPEG file.
The advantage of this app's Multi-stream extraction is
(a) it works for (X)VCD and (X)SVCD, so you don't have to choose VCD or SVCD;
(b) it will save an MPEG file for each stream it finds (where regular extraction might give weird results if the .bin file contains more than one stream, like stills or intros).
