DVD authoring program suggestion?

Here is my project.

I have one clip or title. I just want to put it on a dvd and loop it. Basically 15 minutes over and over and over until it is turned off or ejected. No menu.

DVDauthorgui or guifordvdauthor would be the vheapest iont. You don't nned a menu, just the ability to lnk the end to the start of the same clip.

Ulead DVD Movie Factory is simple, and quite forgiving on video. Earlier version already good (in fact, I still use version 2 for most of my job; current is version 5.) Can be found at Ebay for below $5. Yes, it can loop video.

In DVDWS2, you would make the video the menu. It would be a menu that loops forever.
