Whenever I run a 1280x720 video, my scale filters for my players will fail afterwards.
When I try a usual video like 640x480, the video in full screen will appear pixelated.
I have to run external scale filters to my full screen res to get rid of the pixelation.
Any way to prevent this?

The effect happens to all players. It doesn't matter where I play the 1280x720 file either. I'm using a bicubic dsfilter in MPC to get rid of the pixelation in my other files. I also enable MPlayer's scale filter to do the same thing. Fairly evil price I pay just to watch a hi-res vid... the effect is gone after restart. I think I may have managed to get rid of the effect before, but I just have no idea how.
Edit: if you don't mind, could you move the following topic to advanced conversion?

Thanks in advance.
