I used Shrink to split one large file into 5 separate files, now I wish to burn all 5 video files to DVD and if possible, I would like to add like a fade in and out effect with these 5 files, which softwares can I use to do this please? Thanks.

If you want effects you have to reencode it. No way around it. You have to use a program like ulead videostudio and use trasnition effects to get that desired output.

You should be able to use any authoring software to create a project that you can burn to DVD (for set-top viewing). If you sinply want to burn all files to a DVD, use Nero or any other burning app.

Problem here is Nero is not importing the already authored [using Shrink] files and Shrink will not allow me to burn more than one file at a time.
