  1. I have a Toshiba 3715. I tried burning VCDs using easy cd creator 5. Within application I have converted the file to VCD format and then recorded it using the application. It works fine on my computer, but when I put it into the dvd player, it displays 'play' but it stops after a couple of seconds and I get 'pbc' display. I get no visual on tv.
It works if I burn an orginal vcd to another cd.
I'm sure I am using easy cd properly as I have checked the net and some other sources to see if my sequence is correct.
What is wrong? Can anyone help me.
    Thanks.

  2. ok first of all please be carefull when providing your model number because there does not seem to be any model 3715 made by toshiba ( http://www.toshiba.com/tacp/dvd_main.html ). provide the EXACT model number, including hyphens and spaces placed EXACTLY as it appears on your player on owners manual.

once you establish the correct model number for your player check the dvd player list on this site to make sure you are using a compatible media.

provided that your player does play CDR or CDRW and you have burned to the correct type of blank CD, if it still does not work try another burning application. nero is available all over the internet in a demo form. try using nero and see if you get different results. i do not use EZCD but i have heard people report that it is flawed for burning VCD's and often doesn't work right.

    peace out,
