I have tons of pre-installed wallpapers and ringtones on my Motorola V330 that I'll never use. If i choose a wallpaper/ringtone I installed it gives me the option to delete it, but on the pre-installed ones there is no delete option that i can see. So is there anyway to delete this files, so that I can free up space and add files that I'll actually use?

If they're embedded in the phone's ROM, then no, you cannot delete them, and you will not free up any space by doing so.
If you need more "room" on your phone, get a phone with an expandable memory slotCheers, Jim
