I have quite a few mpeg (vcd) files. I just want to change its audio from 44100 hz to 48000 hz so that TDA would accept it. Is there any encoder which would do this job pls. I dont want to re-encode the video also as that would just be waste of time without any improvement in video quality.
thanks !
