OK, ive been trying to find the answer to this and for some reasson no one has been able to give me a straight up answer.

im using VCDImagerGUI to convert .mpg to cue/bin then burning w/ CDRWin. I made a small intro video with a picture and scrolling text that I put at the begining of ever movie I do. With VCDImagerGUI I just hold down ctrl then pick my intro vid and the movie its self and now i have a disk with my movie and my intro. What I want to do though is instead of the intro movie playing then as soon as its done it goes to the movie. I want to be able to have the intro video play and the movie not start till i push >>| . I can do this with nero by draging my intro into the movie box/right click/goto properties then telling to to pause infinitly. But is there away to do this with VCDImagerGUI or any other program that makes cue/bin.

Ive looked through all the links but for what ever reasson im not finding the answer. If anyone can give me a straight up answer thast would be cool.

    Thanx guys/gals

  3. I don't know how to do this w/ VCDImager, but if you use TSCV you can choose pause after the 1st MPEG. Or edit the XML file yourself.

  5. You can't do it with VCDImagerGUI.

You CAN do it easily with VCDImager manually or one of the newer GUIs like TSCV.

With VCDImager, just create follow the article on the "Simple Multitrack" here: http://www.geocities.com/medinotes/vcd or http://www.vcdimager.org/guides and use "Method 3".

Once you've gotten your XML file, change the <wait> setting for your first <playlist> (which should correspond with your intro track) to "-1" which is "wait indefinitely". You will be able to go to the next track by pressing "next".

If you want more complex interactivity, you will need to use a menu (so follow one of the articles on "menus&quot.

  8. 1. Yes.

    2. vcdxbuild -b targetbinfilename.bin -c targetcuefilename.cue videocd.xml

If you run vcdxbuild --help then you get a list of all the possible switches.
