I was wondering if there was a way to make and author DVDs like normal but instead of having to convert them to mpeg or mpeg2 (I have a Divx player) i was wondering if there was a tool or software that lets me make DiVX DVDs. If so could somone point to the software. Or tell me how to go about doing so. So far I have yet to find a creation software for creating menu driven divx content.

Right now there is nothing to do or work the way you want. But I heard Divx is working on somthing, you might want to head over to Divx.com.

If you mean to make full menues, etc. yes, there are tools for that BUT your player will have to be compatible with that...the vast majority aren't. I just burn the Divx/Xvids directly to the DVD -+ R and play them and don't worry about the fancy menues....
