    A friend has a big avi file of her kids she wants to email. I've never cut an avi so I'm posting here. What is an easy and free program that she can use to cut this avi into smaller parts? Thanks for any info.

    Sorry Baldrick. I thought I had a cunning plan coming here and posting. I guess I pulled the trigger before I aimed. I'll be sure to search first. Thanks for the recommendation.
