    I have a AVI that is 1.15 GB
    I want to make it 700 Mb Or Lower...
    But I do not want to lose To Much of the quality...Please help..

    Hi-

    You reencode to make it smaller, probably also lowering the resolution and perhaps the audio quality (from AC3 to MP3 audio, for example). One program that can do the job for you is AutoGK.
