I am using a Canopus ADVC-110 for analog to digital conversion. I use WinDV for the capture. The sound capture is not working properly. What could I be doing wrong?

I have learned that I should use scenalyzer to check the audio on my tapes before i send them thru ADVC 100. It does omit "surprises" later.

What are you using to "listen" to the DV-AVI file? Some programs want Type1, most editing programs like Type2.

What do you mean by sound capture not working?

You do not hear sound during preview and capturing or during play of captured video?

I also use ADVC-110 and WinDV. I don't hear sound during preview and while capturing, but the sound works well when I play the video after the capture.
